KabinetkoKabinetko terms of service
Effective from: 3 November 2026
1. Parties and subject
1.1. These terms govern the use of Kabinetko (kabinetko.app), a service of Holistik Femili EOOD, UIC 206458960, registered at 2 Anton Pavlovich Chekhov St., bl. 71, entr. G, fl. 3, apt. 43, Izgrev, 1113 Sofia, Bulgaria ("we", "Kabinetko").
1.2. The "Business" is the party that registers a Kabinetko account for its activity. "Users" are the people the Business gives access to its account (admins and employees). "Clients of the Business" are the people who book the Business's services.
1.3. Kabinetko is intended for traders and professionals for the purposes of their business.
1.4. By registering, the Business accepts these terms and the data processing agreement, which forms part of them.
2. The service
2.1. Kabinetko is an online booking and client management system: an online booking page, a team calendar, services and working hours, service packages, confirmation and reminder emails, reports.
2.2. The modules available depend on the chosen plan. We may develop and change features, without materially reducing the core functionality of a paid plan during a paid period.
3. Registration and account
3.1. The Business provides accurate, current information at registration and keeps it up to date.
3.2. The Business is responsible for its Users' actions and for keeping login details safe. If it suspects unauthorised access, the Business notifies us immediately at [email protected].
3.3. Each Business gets its own address in the form <name>.kabinetko.app. We may refuse addresses that are misleading, infringe third-party rights, or are reserved for our own use.
4. Trial, subscription and payment
4.1. If a trial is offered, its length is shown at signup. After it ends, the service continues only on a paid plan.
4.2. Prices are in euro, as shown on the kabinetko.com pricing page or in an individual offer to the Business, and are final. Holistik Femili EOOD is not VAT registered and does not charge VAT. If the company registers for VAT, the prices stay the same and include VAT.
4.3. The billing period and payment method are set out in the chosen plan or the individual offer. We issue an invoice for every payment.
4.4. If a payment is more than 14 days late, we may restrict access to the account after notice by email.
4.5. Price changes take effect from the next billing period, after at least 30 days' notice.
5. Business data and personal data
5.1. The data the Business enters (including data about Clients of the Business) belongs to the Business. We use it only to provide the service.
5.2. For the personal data of Clients of the Business, the Business is the controller and we are the processor. The processing is governed by the data processing agreement.
5.3. The Business is responsible for having a legal basis to process its clients' data and for informing them.
5.4. The Business does not enter sensitive data (for example, health data) in Kabinetko unless this is necessary and lawful.
6. Acceptable use
The Business and its Users may not:
- send unsolicited messages through Kabinetko, or messages to addresses not obtained lawfully;
- use the service for unlawful activity or content;
- breach the service's security, try to access other parties' data, or put an unusual load on the service;
- copy, decompile or resell the service without our written consent.
In case of a breach, we may restrict email sending or access to the account, notifying the Business in advance where possible.
7. Availability and support
7.1. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available at all times. Interruptions for maintenance are possible; where possible, we announce them in advance.
7.2. Support: by email at [email protected], on working days.
8. Intellectual property
8.1. Kabinetko, its software and content are our property. The Business receives the right to use the service for the term of its subscription.
8.2. The logo, name and content the Business uploads remain its own. The Business allows us to use them as far as needed to provide the service.
9. Termination
9.1. The Business may stop using the service at any time by notice to [email protected] or from its account.
9.2. We may terminate with 30 days' notice, or without notice in case of a material breach of these terms or non-payment.
9.3. After termination, the Business can export its data within 30 days. We then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
10. Liability
10.1. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to the Business is limited to the amounts the Business paid in the last 12 months.
10.2. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages, or for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control.
10.3. These limitations do not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. For significant changes, we notify the Business by email at least 30 days in advance. If the Business does not agree, it may stop using the service before the changes take effect.
12. Governing law and disputes
Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are settled by mutual agreement, or failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court in Sofia.
